Any reference to "STX Styling" shall
mean the trading name of Red Hawk Styling
Ltd company postal address PO Box 765, Richmond, TW9 3UZ and registration
number 05311673 (Cardiff) whose registered office is 90 High Street,
Newmarket, Suffolk, CB8 8FE. Who sell and supply specialist motor
equipment
and accessories in the course of the trade or business. "Buyer/Purchaser"
shall mean any person, sole trader, partnership, business or
body corporate or other entity detailed in the appropriate section
of the sales
invoice/order form and shall include all successors' heirs and assigns.
Where the
Buyer purchases in the course of a trade, profession or vocation,
hobby or sport,
it is agreed that such buyer shall mean a "Trade Buyer".
Where a person deals
entirely as a consumer, their consumer rights are unaffected and that
such buyer
shall mean a "Consumer Buyer". "Price" shall
mean the Consideration due for purchase and VAT shall be included
unless otherwise stated. Purchasers should note that prices quoted
may vary and
current prices are quoted at the time of order. "Day"
shall mean any day including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
"Working Day" shall mean Monday to Friday (inclusive)
exclusive public holidays.
General
These terms and conditions shall apply to all
of STX Styling quotations and contract, orders for the sale or supply
of goods accepted by STX Styling. STX Styling reserves the right to
amend technical or clerical errors in any order without notice. The,
website information and pictures on display are indicative only and
any specifications, weights, measurements and technical data (whether
relating to performance or not) have been prepared by manufacturers
and are for guidance only.
Please note that after placing an order with us, you may be required
to phone an 0870 number before your order is despatched to confirm
that the details on your order are correct.
Guarantees
All guarantees for products are provided entirely
by the manufacturers and are
subject to the terms and conditions contained therein.
Compatibility of the goods is not guaranteed where modifications and
alterations
have been made to the vehicles.
Your statutory rights are not affected
Returns Policy
Products may be returned within seven working
days of delivery, the statutory "cooling off" period.
Products returned within this seven working days period are
returned at the Customers cost.
After this period has expired products may only be returned if they
are not of
satisfactory quality, not fit for their purpose or do not correspond
with the
description originally provided.
Products ordered to the customer's specification cannot be returned
unless they
are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or do not correspond
with the
description originally provided. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
Any costs incurred in returning Product
Pricing and Availability
We list availability for products sold by us
on the website. Beyond this we cannot
be more specific about availability. Please note that any Dispatch
Estimate is not
an agreed Dispatch time and should not be relied on as such.
Customs
When ordering goods from STX Styling for delivery overseas you may
be subject
to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches
the
destination. Any additional charges and customs clearance is to be
borne by the
customer.
Events Beyond our
Reasonable Control
STX Styling will not be held responsible for
any delay or failure to comply with our
obligations under these conditions if the delay arises from any cause
which is
beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your
statutory
rights.
Waiver
If you breach these conditions and STX Styling does not take action,
STX Styling
will remain entitled to use their rights and remedies under this agreement
in
respect of any other breach of these terms and conditions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance
with
the laws of England and Wales and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction
of the
English Courts.
Payment Terms
Goods purchased are subject to VAT at the UK rate of 17.5% within
the European
